Additionally, books are easy to carry around anywhere, while videos can be saved on portable electronic gadgets as well. Unfortunately, due to their nature, the content in this kind of speed reading programs is very limited.

The last type of speed reading programs is speed reading software. They can also be considered as self-help type of speed reading program. However, they are more interactive and have way more content. This is due to the fact that most speed reading software can be upgraded over the internet. Unfortunately though, you cannot ask the software specific questions unlike in a speed reading class, and they are more expensive than speed reading books or videos.
